I believe coffee like any taste is a personal preference which tends to change over time. I give this 5 stars because right now this is my new go to cup. It is not as dark and has some different undertones than my last “go to cup†. I am finding this house blend a welcome change. It is middle of the road in many ways but there is nothing unpleasant about it. I recommend this one when you don’t feel adventurous enough to risk disappointment.
